The items I ordered don't fit, may I exchange or return?
Of course!
Returns:
If for any reason, you don't absolutely love your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of item (delivery date) to return for a store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed & have original tags attached. Please email us at cynthia@rmloveco.com with your name & order number for return shipping instructions. We will issue you store credit code to use on future purchase.
***any SALE items, special order, & custom items are FINAL sales***
Exchanges:
We will always do our best to exchange an item. If you need to exchange an item within 14 days of receipt, let us know ASAP and if we have what you need in stock we will be happy to make the exchange. Please email cynthia@rmloveco.com.
Please note: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. When shipping back we recommend adding tracking to your shipment to ensure delivery.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Please inspect your order immediately once received. If you find anything to be damaged or defective please email us within 3 days to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Email us with your name, order number and photos.
